But as this week’s guest, Providence St. Joseph Health System’s James Harker, Chief Population Health Officer, said “…value-based care, though.” What he means: payment news in health care isn’t all bad, and those with value-based care arrangements are faring a bit better. How MUSC Used Virtual Health Before, During, and (Hopefully) After COVID-19
